USA and Puerto Rico greenlit to move EV charging networks forward, covering 75,000 miles of highway

The US Department of Transport (DoT) has approved Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plans for all 50 States, DC and Puerto Rico ahead of schedule under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program triggering the release of $1.5 billion in federal funds to all jurisdictions nationwide — or $5 billion over five years.
